President of Friends of Ambazonia Dr. Emmanuel Nji Tita Spotted at President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago During High-Level Political Event
Palm Beach, Florida - November 21, 2025 - The President of Friends of Ambazonia, Dr. Emmanuel Tita, was among the select guests at a high-level political luncheon held at the prestigious Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach, Florida. The event, hosted by The Whatley Victory Committee, brought together influential figures from across the American political and business establishment in support of Michael Whatley, Republican candidate for the United States Senate representing North Carolina.
The gathering was co-hosted by The Honorable Barbara Feinglold, Congressman Dan Meuser, Adam Kidan, Joe Pissa, Pastor Lorenzo Sewell, and Jim Worthington, among other notable figures in U.S. conservative politics. The luncheon reflected a growing sense of momentum within the Republican Party as it rallies around new voices poised to shape America’s next political chapter.
For Friends of Ambazonia, this event represented more than a social engagement; it was a strategic opportunity to build bridges at the highest levels of U.S. policy and diplomacy. Dr. Tita’s presence underscored Friends of Ambazonia’s commitment to advancing Ambazonia’s case through direct, nonpartisan, and diplomatic engagement.
Speaking after the luncheon, Dr. Tita after interacting with a few leading political figures, reaffirmed his resolve to advocate for the people of the former British Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia), whose decades-long struggle for self-determination remains one of the world’s most underreported humanitarian crises.
“Our people have suffered for too long in silence,” he stated. “We will continue to engage, build relationships, and raise awareness in every space available to us, whether in Washington, New York, or here in Palm Beach, until justice and freedom prevail for the people of Ambazonia.”
Friends of Ambazonia, which is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit advocacy organization based in the United States, has been at the forefront of peaceful advocacy for the rights, dignity, and recognition of the people of the former British Southern Cameroons. Through diplomatic outreach, humanitarian coordination, and targeted policy engagement, Friends of Ambazonia continues to push for international acknowledgment of the ongoing crisis marked by widespread displacement, extrajudicial killings, and suppression of fundamental freedoms.
Dr. Tita’s participation at Mar-a-Lago Club builds on the expanding diplomatic footprint set by the Representatives of Friends of Ambazonia across the United States and the rest of the world. In recent months, the Representatives of Friends of Ambazonia have represented Friends of Ambazonia at key forums with American legislators, religious leaders, and advocacy networks, consistently framing Ambazonia’s cause as both a moral imperative and a strategic concern in the Gulf of Guinea, a region increasingly contested by global powers.
Michael Whatley, who up until August 2025 was Chair of the Republican National Committee and a prominent figure within the conservative movement, is considered a rising force in U.S. politics. His campaign has drawn the attention of national and international observers, making the Mar-a-Lago event a key gathering point for high-level policy discussions and networking.
As Friends of Ambazonia continues to advocate through peaceful diplomacy and awareness-building, its leadership remains focused on expanding the organization’s presence within American policy circles and the rest of the world. The goal: to ensure that Ambazonia’s humanitarian and self-determination crisis receives the global attention and recognition it deserves.
